For Nuon / Vattenfall, on behalf of Procore, I have done several projects, one of which was creating the Nuon Real Estate standard for the BeNeLux.

Another project was related to their new HQ; Nuon / Vattenfall HQ NL was spread over several buildings on a big site in Amsterdam. Due to low occupancy rates, the introduction of a new workplace concept and expiring leases there was an opportunity for consolidation of their real estate. On behalf of Procore ,I helped Nuon / Vattenfall with creating a business case with several long term real estate scenarios, a technical schedule of requirements and the contracting of their great new office in the Nieuw Amsterdam building.

The most recent project I did for Nuon / Vattenfall is representing their interest in managing the process for their new call center in Leeuwarden - up to the signing of the LOI.
