Hi, I'm Jasper Hendriks. I started Moke Consultancy to enable me to do the things I like.  Work internationally with people from different backgrounds and cultures, approach problems in a creative way and collaborate in teams to deliver great results. But also spend some time in the ocean surfing when the waves get big!

The last 4 years I have been responsible for the global Real Estate & Workplace Services for Booking.com, one of the fastest growing tech companies in the world.

 

To deliver great work environments in a rapidly changing global environment, have clear insight in performance of real estate and stay on a strategic course required a highly scalable approach to managing real estate.

 

Prior to Booking.com I’ve worked 5 years for Procore, an international consultancy firm. During that period I've managed  several major real estate (re)development projects for companies in different sectors. From creating the initial business case, developing requirements , contracting, design and construction.

 

With Moke Consultancy I help companies manage their real estate in a creative, data driven and scalable way. One that allows you to expand rapidly, create work environments with strong identity and make decisions based on data.
